Randeep Surety is the founder of Surety™, a RegTech platform established in June 2022 that specializes in compliance management solutions for sustainability and financial services. Prior to this role, Randeep garnered extensive experience as an independent consultant and interim manager at EMICO SERVICE MANAGEMENT LTD from April 2004 to June 2022. Key assignments included senior positions at HSBC, such as Head of Data Change and Strategy for Risk & Finance and Programme Director for the Group BCBS 239 Programme, as well as roles at Deutsche Bank focusing on risk data aggregation and reporting, and at Euroclear leading initiatives on corporate governance. Additional consultancy work involved organizations such as Linklaters, HM Treasury, NHS, and BP.
