Kevin Bush

Kevin Bush has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry, spanning over three decades. Kevin currently holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Surf Internet since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Apex Performance Group Inc. as a Managing Partner from March 2018 to May 2023.

From April 2019 to November 2021, Kevin served as the Vice President - Commercial and Residential Inside Sales & Retention at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone. During this time, they led a significant improvement in close rates and product sell-ins by redesigning the Inside Sales organization. Kevin provided strategic leadership to acquire, enhance, and retain customer relationships.

Before their role at WOW!, Kevin held various positions at Charter Communications, including Group Vice President - B2C Inside Sales from 2016 to 2018. Kevin led the Inbound Telesales team and played a key role in integrating and standardizing tools, policies, and processes after the Charter-Time Warner Cable-Brighthouse Networks Merger.

At Time Warner Cable, Kevin held multiple roles, such as Vice President - Telesales/Inside Sales from 2011 to 2015. Kevin directed a large team across multiple call centers and spearheaded initiatives to improve efficiency, teamwork, and performance. Kevin also served as Sr. Director Telesales & Retention and Director - Telesales, overseeing various sales and retention efforts.

Kevin began their career at Birch Communications as Director - Product Management/Development/Inside Sales. Kevin played a crucial role in designing and developing the product portfolio for Birch Telecom, a telecommunications start-up.

Prior to that, Kevin worked at Sprint Nextel, where they held roles as a Product Manager and Senior Technical Sales Consultant. Kevin contributed to reducing call processing time and enhancing fulfillment for B2B prepaid calling card product lines, while also providing sales support and customer consultation for major clients.

Kevin Bush completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Kansas State University in 1992. Kevin also obtained a Master of Business Administration in Master Business Administration from Baker University in 1996.
