Chief Training Officer - Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Qld at Surf Life Saving Queensland

Andrew McNeilly has a diverse work experience in various roles. Andrew started their career at Hevilift (PNG) as an Aircrew member from January 2007 to May 2009. Later, they worked as a Senior Information Technology Officer at Transport and Main Roads Queensland from June 1998 to November 2011. From 2011 to 2014, Andrew was a Search and Rescue Aircrew member at Hevilift Group, where they trained paramedics and national loadmasters while crewing company aircraft. Andrew then held the position of Search and Rescue Aircrew at Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Queensland from 1992 until their departure date is unknown. Finally, Andrew joined Surf Life Saving Queensland in June 2014 as the Chief Training Officer for the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Queensland, where they managed crew training, protocols, and provided required training to the crew.

Andrew McNeilly received a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Griffith University in the years 1991-1994. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Business (Computing) at Yeronga Technical College from 1988-1989. Andrew'ssecondary education was at Anglican Church Grammar School, where they obtained a Senior Certificate from 1983-1987. In addition to their formal education, McNeilly has obtained various certifications, including a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification from Microsoft in 1998 and a Surf Life Saving Bronze Medallion from Surf Life Saving Australia in 1985.
