Michael Beattie has extensive experience in the field of health and physical education, currently serving as the Head of Department for Health and Physical Education and Sport at Yarrabilba State Secondary College since December 2019. In addition, Michael has been a Trainer and Assessor for Surf Life Saving Queensland since September 2008 and continues to work as a Physical Education Teacher with Education Queensland since April 2008. Previous roles include serving as a First Aid & CPR Trainer with Easy First Aid from January 2010 until December 2019. Michael holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Queensland University of Technology.
