Zhanna Vakhtel is an experienced IT recruiter with a proven track record in talent acquisition across various tech profiles, including Flutter, Android, iOS, and backend development in Java and Golang. Currently serving as an IT recruiter at Surf since September 2021, Zhanna previously worked at Zvonobot from July 2020 to August 2021 as an IT recruiter, where responsibilities included proactive candidate sourcing, telephone interviews, and managing candidate databases. Prior to this, Zhanna held roles in internal communications and key account management at ER-Telecom Holding. Zhanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management and Business Development from the Higher School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics.
