Joe Richardson

Joe Richardson is the Owner and President of Surface Experts, specializing in small surface repairs for various sectors, including multi-unit housing, hotels, and education, in Central Iowa since June 2021. Prior to this role, Joe contributed to community development through the West Des Moines Leadership Academy from September 2010 to June 2021. Joe's extensive sales experience includes positions as Regional Sales Manager at S.P. Richards, where Joe earned recognition in the Presidents Club, and as a Government Account Manager at Grainger, also achieving Presidents Club status. Early career accomplishments include leading a sales team to record sales at Storey Kenworthy and efficient client file management at Davis Brown Law Firm. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Mass Communication from Iowa State University, complemented by studies at Grand View University and Buena Vista University.
