Melia Motley

Melia Motley is an accomplished business owner with extensive experience in finance and surface repair services. Currently serving as the Business Owner of Surface Experts of Richmond-West since October 2021, Melia provides efficient small surface repairs for commercial and residential clients. In addition, Melia operates Commonwealth Finance, LLC, offering customized financial solutions, including budgeting and strategic planning, since August 2019. Previous roles include Accounting Manager/Controller at Air Conditioning Equipment Sales and Finance Director as well as Financial Controller at Sigma Phi Epsilon, where support was given to housing initiatives. Earlier career experiences include a Senior Accountant internship at Ameriprise Financial Services and a Teller position at Wells Fargo. Melia holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.
