Rebecca Hooper Rhind

Rebecca joined Surface Transforms in December 2020. She has over ten years of HR Generalist / Management experience and is CIPD qualified with strong leadership and relationship building skills. Rebecca has a proven track record of implementing HR strategies in both large corporate and SME settings including Unilever, Aecom and Raytheon UK, and has worked in both traditional engineering and newer digital companies. Rebecca has an extensive background in project management and employee engagement programmes. Her specialisms include leading recruitment, change, project management, building relationships, in depth knowledge of employment law and HR practices, organisational development, employee engagement and mass recruitment projects.
