Hemal Asanka

Hemal Asanka is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering, particularly in iOS development. Asanka currently serves as an Associate Technical Lead at Surge Global since April 2022. Prior roles include Associate Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Pyxle, as well as a Senior Software Engineer at E25Media and Solis Tech PVT Ltd. The journey in the tech field began in 2011, with various engineering positions at IronOne Technologies LLC, Fexcon, and BQu. Asanka holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing, obtained between 2008 and 2011, and completed secondary education at Bandaranayake National School from 2001 to 2007.
