Autumn L. Bryant is an experienced professional in alumni engagement and community outreach. Currently serving as the Alumni Program Manager at Surge Institute since May 2022, Autumn focuses on enhancing alumni involvement across eight programs through marketing initiatives, event planning, and content creation. Prior experience includes roles at Kauffman Scholars, Inc. as the Career and Alumni Program Coordinator, where oversight of the Kauffman Scholars Alumni Leadership Council and strategic marketing efforts was central to the role. Additionally, Autumn contributed significantly as a Donation Outreach Specialist at Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas, facilitating partnerships and donation efforts, and as an Admissions Representative at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where support for prospective students was paramount. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from Howard University.
