Elham Mohaba is a skilled professional with a strong background in program coordination and event management. Currently serving as the National Program Coordinator at Surge Institute, Elham previously held the position of Program Associate at CityBridge Education, where responsibilities included leading logistics for workshops, managing participant recruitment, and supporting data analysis for programmatic equity. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at George Mason University’s Parking and Transportation Department and a Research Assistant at the Schar School of Policy and Government, where Elham contributed to various research projects. Elham’s career began as a Campaign Coordinator for the Democratic Party of Virginia, demonstrating leadership in organizing electoral activities. Elham holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the same institution.
