In addition, Dennis is the Founder and CEO of PEAX Development LLC, established in January 2022, which focuses on all aspects of multifamily development, including land identification, acquisition, entitlement, and construction. From October 2014 to October 2022, Dennis owned and managed Richmond Hydromulch and Seeding LLC.
