Julmar Grace Locsin is the current CEO of Surge Marketplace. Julmar has previous experience working in business development and marketing management. Prior to their current position, Julmar was the office manager at Virtual REO and an administrator at Julmar's Mission Outreach Int'l Inc. Julmar also has experience working in education, having served as a pioneer, principal, and administrator at Julmar's Mission Academy.

Julmar Grace Locsin has a Master in Enterprenuership from the Asian Institute of Management, a Doctor of Education - EdD from the University of Mindanao, a Master of Education - MEd from the University of Mindanao, and a Bachelor of Education - BEd from the University of Mindanao.
