Andrew Pedley

Andrew Pedley has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Andrew began their career as a Web Application Developer at KPNF Sciences in 2009. As an IT Consultant, Andrew worked as a self-employed professional from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Advanced Technology Services as a Help Desk Representative Associate. Following this, Andrew worked at Hack Reactor as a Hacker in Residence for a brief period in 2016. Andrew'smost recent role was at Surge Software, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer. In this position, Andrew was responsible for both frontend and backend development of a large sports scheduling and payment website. Andrew utilized various technologies such as Angular.js, swagger.io, SQL, and node to enhance the site's features, optimize database queries, and improve overall performance.

Andrew Pedley attended Hack Reactor from 2015 to 2016, where they completed an Advanced Software Engineering Immersive program. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Oakton College. Before Oakton College, they attended DePaul University from 2004 to 2009, majoring in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Andrew also obtained a CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA in July 2015.
