Mark Mayo

Mark Mayo has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Mark started their career as an Account Manager at Paradise Post Printing, where they developed and maintained relationships with publishing clients. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Personal Lines and Small Commercial Insurance Agent at Titus & Associates Insurance and Financial Services.

In 2013, Mark transitioned into the field of instructional design and e-learning, working as an Instructional Designer at Mark Mayo Instructional Design and e-Learning. Mark was responsible for conducting training needs assessments, designing and creating e-learning programs, and conducting quality assurance. Mark worked on various projects, including a highly praised anti-plagiarism program and a Spanish language e-learning program.
