Greg Loeber

Greg Loeber is a 15-year veteran of information services and customer service-focused businesses of $1M to $60M in annual revenue. Greg’s strength is as a leader and operator, with a hands-on, customer-focused approach and a commitment to on-budget, on-time project delivery, and high-touch service delivery.

Over the course of his career, Greg has raised start-up and follow-on capital for start-ups successfully completed multiple mergers and acquisitions, led the implementation of operational and corporate governance best practices, served as a board member for various organizations, and been on the management team of several companies that experienced successful exits. Most recently, Greg was part of the negotiation team and led the due diligence for Newfound Communications’ merger with Acme Packet (NASD: APKT).

When he is not monitoring Surgent activity Greg enjoys tuna fishing, skiing, hiking, tennis, and scuba diving.
