Lisa Richmond

Lisa Richmond has worked in Human Resources for several years. Lisa began their career in 2015 as the Senior Manager of Benefits & Wellness Programs at the YMCA of the USA (National Resource Office). In 2019, they moved to Surgere, where they have held two roles: Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Director.

Lisa Richmond obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Northern Illinois University between 2000 and 2003. In July 2018, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
