Ryan Hargrave-Thomas

Ryan Hargrave-Thomas has worked in various roles since 1998. Ryan began their career as a Lab and Installation Technician at G2 Consulting Group, LLC. Ryan then moved on to become a Field Technician and Engineering Technician at the same company. In 2011, they joined Surgere as a Senior Program Manager, where they managed a team of Container Coordinators at 8 Whirlpool Facilities across the US, achieved a client satisfactory rating of >90%, developed and implemented on-site client reporting tools, tracked and managed over $40 Million in returnable assets, and developed software training documentation, rollout plan and schedule. Ryan also developed PFMEA documentation on missing assets and process inefficiencies, developed and implemented a physical inventory, cycle count and spot audit process, and launched an aggregate asset tracking system across clients US manufacturing facilities. Additionally, they provided and implemented container control and process improvement solutions through plant and supplier visits/investigations, and visited client supply bases weekly to investigate cost save opportunities related to reduction of transportation, materials and labor. Ryan then moved on to become the Director of Client Optimization and Senior Director of Strategic Innovation at Surgere.

Ryan Hargrave-Thomas graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging in 2005.
