Eunice Hooper is a seasoned technology leader and co-founder of SurgeROI, with extensive experience in managing complex software integrations and enterprise-level projects. As the founder and managing director of E-By Design Technologies Inc. since 2007, Eunice has spearheaded significant integration initiatives, such as the NextGen project for Alberta Pension Services.
