Danielle Burkhalter

Danielle Burkhalter, MBA, currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Surgery Partners, Inc., since October 2018, where responsibilities include defining and implementing talent strategies related to acquisition, onboarding, and development. Prior to this role, Danielle held various positions at UnityPoint Health from July 2005 to October 2018, including System Wide Talent Acquisition Leader, where strategies were developed for recruiting a high-performing workforce, and Employee Relations Manager, overseeing a comprehensive HR team. Earlier experience includes serving as a Patient Access Associate at Randstad. Danielle holds an Executive MBA from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources from Simpson College, along with an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Des Moines Area Community College.
