Josephine Norman

Josephine Norman, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Surgery Partners, Inc., beginning in January 2024. Previously, Josephine held multiple roles at GI Alliance from June 2016 to December 2023, including Director of Revenue Cycle - Integration and Implementation for GI Practices, Revenue Cycle Manager, and Practice Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Front Desk Manager at Complete Women's Care Center from July 2015 to June 2016 and Practice Manager at UT Physicians from July 2008 to May 2014, specializing in pediatrics. Josephine holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Foods and Nutrition from the University of Houston and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.
