Mike Schroeder Rn

Mike Schroeder has over 29 years of experience in clinical operations and senior healthcare management, specifically in physician practice management and outpatient surgery in ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings. Mike has served as the Vice President of Operations at Surgery Partners, Inc since October 2010, where they are responsible for P&L management, regulatory oversight, standards and licensing, personnel management, and recruitment of physician partners. Prior to this, they worked as the ASC Administrator at Novamed from August 2007 to October 2010 and as the Director of Same Day Surgery and PACU at Baton Rouge General Medical Center from April 2006 to August 2007. In these roles, they had responsibilities such as staff supervision, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff development.

Mike Schroeder RN, MBA, CASC, CAIP earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from William Carey University in the years 1990-1993. In 2019-2020, Mike obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from Southeastern Louisiana University.
