Phoebe S. Thriffiley

Phoebe S. Thriffiley serves as the Director of Clinical Operations and Performance Outcomes at Surgery Partners, Inc. since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, where responsibilities ranged from Quality/Patient Safety Analyst to Director of Patient Safety and Risk. Phoebe held various positions at Ochsner Health System, including Director of Case Management, and served as Director of Patient Experience at Hancock Medical. Additional experience includes extensive roles at Hancock Medical and other healthcare facilities, along with military service as a Captain in the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing (in progress), a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Syracuse University.
