Virginia Baker

Virginia Baker is currently the Director of Operations at Surgery Partners, Inc, having joined in July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the CEO of Charleston Surgery Center and Regional Business Office Manager for SCA Health from June 2018 to July 2023. Virginia Baker also held the position of Administrative Resident and Administrative Intern at Infirmary Health and earned a Master’s Degree in Health Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham between 2016 and 2019. An undergraduate degree in Biology was obtained from Clemson University in 2016, following high school graduation from Chapin High School in 2012.
