Brian Watha

Brian Watha is a seasoned professional in health administration and organizational performance, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Surgical Directions since November 2014, where responsibilities have included roles as AVP of Business Consulting and Director of Process Improvement. Prior experience includes working as an Independent Consultant at OR Consulting, where initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency in operating rooms across the United States. Brian's career includes significant positions at Henry Ford Health System as Principal Management Engineer and Senior Management Engineer, along with a role in Organizational Performance Management at Health Alliance Plan.
