Emily Slomkowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support and resource management. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Support at Surgical Information Systems since May 2018, Emily leads both co-located and remote teams to provide exceptional service and is responsible for assembling and training skilled teams. Prior to this role, Emily worked at athenahealth from September 2013 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing a dedicated call center, coordinating client implementations, and training clients to optimize product usage. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Muhlenberg College and graduated as valedictorian from Islesboro Central School, along with participation in the Ocean Classroom Foundation program.
