Nate S.

Nate S. is an experienced simulation engineer and software developer with a diverse background in robotics, embedded systems, and software engineering. Currently working at Surgical Science and Mimic Technologies Inc. since May 2018, Nate has significantly contributed to simulation projects. Previous roles include co-founding Developer Business Logistics and serving as a software engineer at Playright Media, where legacy code analysis and bug fixes were key responsibilities. Nate's tenure at MTM Robotics involved developing functional robotic SDKs and implementing complex communication systems. As chief engineer at REFLX Labs, Nate led the creation of Bluetooth Smart embedded devices and authored several applications. Additional experience includes a notable position as a C++ software engineer at HeroEngine and earlier roles focused on web development and customer service. Nate holds degrees in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, and English from the University of Florida, along with an associate's degree from Santa Fe Community College.
