Katherine Mattingly

Katherine Mattingly is an experienced XR Program Manager currently overseeing US accounts west of Texas at Surgical Theater, managing operations across multiple hospitals and training new program leads. Previously, Katherine served as a Senior XR Program Lead, focusing on account management in Texas, including major hospitals, while fostering relationships with medical professionals and contributing to the successful launch of new accounts. Earlier experiences include a Research and Development Intern role at Boston Scientific, where technical skills were utilized in developing urology therapies, as well as a Design and Engineering Consultant position for Dr. Uwe Pontius, applying advanced modeling techniques for orthopedic implants. Katherine's academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University, complemented by research experience in pelvic organ prolapse.
