Tomer Gal

Tomer Gal is a seasoned operations and management professional with a diverse background in leading teams and driving performance across various industries. Currently, Tomer serves as Operations Manager and Digital Solutions Manager at Surgical Theater since August 2021. Prior to this role, Tomer was the Leasing Manager at Mac Properties from January 2018 to May 2022, overseeing a team of 12-18 leasing agents and enhancing team effectiveness during challenging market conditions. Earlier experience includes a position as Combined Team Leader at Whole Foods Market, where Tomer successfully managed dual culinary teams and improved performance metrics, and as Regional Manager at Naf Naf Grill, where Tomer opened multiple restaurant locations outside of Chicago.
