Jason Haley

Jason Haley is a seasoned professional in product management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Product at Surgimate since December 2023, focusing on process optimization and technology integration. Prior to this role, Jason held various leadership positions at Stratasan from August 2011 to October 2023, including Vice President of Customer Success, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer-facing teams and enhancing client service throughout their journey. Jason's earlier roles at Stratasan included Vice President of Onboarding, Training, and Support, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Manager of Customer Success, with a strong emphasis on account management and customer satisfaction in the healthcare sector. Jason began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant at Kent State University, where instruction included advanced GIS methodologies, following the attainment of a MA and BA in Geography from the same institution.
