Shawn Rosler

Shawn Rosler is an experienced professional in instructional design and project management, currently serving as the Onboarding Project Manager at Surgimate since August 2025. As the Owner and Principal Consultant of Radius Learners since January 2017, Shawn has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Bloomsburg University, teaching courses in Multimedia Productions and Scenario Based Learning. Previous roles include Senior Instructional Designer at Office Practicum and Instructional Designer at Red Nucleus, along with significant contributions in project management and training at Geisinger Health and Geisinger Health Systems. Shawn holds a B.S. in Education/English and an M.S. in Instructional Technologies, both from Bloomsburg University.
