Cathryn Meurn

Cathryn Meurn serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships at Surgo Health since April 2025, focusing on innovative socio-behavioral analytics to enhance health equity. Prior to this role, Cathryn was Chief of Staff at Vital Wave from January 2014 to March 2025, where responsibilities included cross-department management, partnership development, and organizational strategy. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in client services at Vital Wave, consulting on conflict resolution and development, and contributing to the mHealth Alliance at the United Nations Foundation. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Dickinson College, complemented by studies at esteemed institutions in Spain and the UK.
