Eran Kot-Ofek, PhD has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Eran began as a Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for the Physics of Complex Systems in 2007. In 2012, they moved on to become a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Niels Bohr Institute. In 2013, they became a Machine Learning and Algorithm Researcher at CYBERBIT, where they applied various ML techniques to a wide range of problems, such as Cyber Defence. In 2017, they took on a role as a Machine Learning Researcher at Huawei Technologies and as a Machine Learning and Algorithms Consultant at E.K.O. Algorithms Ltd. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Suridata.ai as a Data Scientist.
Eran Kot-Ofek, PhD, obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their MSc in Physics from Tel Aviv University between 2004 and 2008, and their BSc in Physics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University between 1998 and 2002.
