Jacy Hickok

Jacy Hickok is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Surmodics since May 2017, Jacy manages compensation program activities, including merit recommendations, offer design, job evaluations, and incentive administration, along with developing compensation management databases.
