Kelly Taylor, BCBA has extensive work experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Kelly is currently working as the Regional Director of Operations for Surpass Behavioral Health, overseeing operations in South Carolina and Georgia. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Director of Operations and Clinic Director at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy and Education. Kelly also held the position of Clinic Director at Early Autism Project, Inc. from 2015 to 2019. Kelly began their career at Early Autism Project, Inc. as a Line Therapist and later became an Advanced Lead Therapist. Kelly is highly experienced in managing clinical operations and providing therapeutic services for individuals with autism.
Kelly Taylor, BCBA, holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, which was completed in the year 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Clemson University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Kelly has pursued Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. Kelly has also earned certifications in "THIS WAY OF THINKING" from Team On Location, LLC in 2020, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Kelly has also received the Safety Care Trainer certification from QBS, the provider of Safety-Care training.
