Tammy Takaoka

Tammy Takaoka is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and administration. Currently serving as an Onboarding Specialist at Surpass Behavioral Health since October 2022, Tammy previously held various roles including Human Resources at Bongo Java and HR Manager at Milk Bar, where responsibilities ranged from maintaining the employee lifecycle to executing company-wide performance reviews. Additional experience includes HR positions at Buffalo Exchange, sales and administrative roles at Sakamoto Eye Clinic and Honolulu Ship Supply, and production management at Apparel Solutions LLC. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baruch College and has earned associate degrees in Business Administration and Fashion/Apparel Design.
