Joe Reale

Joe Reale is an experienced executive in the life sciences and chemical engineering sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Surplus Solutions since March 2023. Prior to this role, Joe held various leadership positions at Repligen Corporation from December 2015 to April 2023, including Vice President of Global Technical Operations and Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations. Joe's career began at Boston Scientific as a Quality Engineer, followed by roles at The Dow Chemical Company and Genzyme, where Joe progressed through engineering and operational roles. Joe holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Tufts University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
