Anna Malkovych

Anna Malkovych has extensive work experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) roles. Anna started their career at Kuwait Energy in 2013 as an Interpreter, where they translated technical documentation and provided oral consecutive translation for technical meetings and negotiations. Anna then worked as a Copywriter at iPromo in 2014 before transitioning to a Technical Writer role at Miratech in 2015.

In 2015, Anna joined Playtika as a QA/QC professional, where they contributed to the testing process. Anna then joined AutoPortal India in 2017 as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they performed manual testing of web resources, bug reporting, and validation. Additionally, they conducted minor SEO and Google issue research and worked with REST API.

Anna's next role was at Spinbackup in 2018 as a QA/QC professional focused on the backup system for Google Suite and Office 365. Anna verified pre-existing functionality, introduced new features, and worked with bug reports in Redmine and Jira.

From 2019 to early 2020, Anna worked at Evolvice GmbH as a QA/QC professional, simultaneously handling three projects. Anna conducted test case creation and maintenance, manual testing, regression testing, and reported bugs. Anna also provided feedback on platform improvements across different testing and development environments.

Anna then joined NDA in 2020 as a QA Lead where they initially worked as the only QA professional before building a team of four. Anna'sresponsibilities included creating test cases, checklists for edge cases, and covering all basic functionality for both mobile and web versions of the project.

Further, Anna worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Oneview Healthcare from 2021 to 2022, focusing on quality assurance tasks.

Most recently, they joined Surprise.com in 2022 as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated proficiency in manual testing, test case creation, bug reporting, and providing feedback. Anna has experience with various platforms, devices, and browsers.

Anna Malkovych completed their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Linguistics from Donetsk National University. Anna attended the university from 2006 to 2012.
