Diana Stadnyk started their work experience in 2019 as a Sales Manager and Junior Accountant at Interio Story. In 2020, they became a P2P Specialist at Nestlé Business Services until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Talent Sourcer at Grid Dynamics. Currently, they are employed as a Recruiting Sourcer at Surprise.com since 2022.

Diana Stadnyk attended the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics.
