Kirstie Marsh

Kirstie Marsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership and legal roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at SurrealDB since November 2023, Kirstie also holds positions as Board Advisor and Chief of Staff at Narrative since August 2020, and as a Chief of Staff Fellow at On Deck since March 2021. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Optimal Workshop, Senior Legal Counsel at Xero, and Chief Operating Officer at Wipster. Kirstie has significant legal experience, having worked as General Counsel at Mind Candy, Legal Director for Europe at Vistaprint, and Legal Counsel for EMEA at lastminute.com. The career began in the New Zealand Parliament as Private Secretary to Hon. Nanaia Mahuta. Kirstie holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Victoria University of Wellington and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor by the New Zealand Bar Association in 2003.
