Rupert Taylor is a highly skilled Senior System Engineer at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL) since August 2022, currently leading the HOTSAT-1 project. Rupert's earlier background includes serving as a Special Operator for the UK Ministry of Defence, where management of a high-value detachment of electronic warfare vehicles was a key responsibility. Rupert holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Space Technology and Planetary Exploration from the University of Surrey, earned from 2007 to 2012.
