Joseph Lazaro

Joseph Lazaro is a dedicated educator currently teaching at Richmond School District No. 38 since June 2023, offering courses such as English 9-12, ELL 3, Social Studies 8, Social Justice 12, and French 8. Previously, Joseph served as a teacher at Oxford Learning Centres Inc. from September 2019 to September 2023. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Education from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2023, with a focus on Secondary English and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Decolonization. Additionally, Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Psychology from The University of British Columbia between 2019 and 2021, and an Associate of Arts in English Literature from Langara College from 2016 to 2019. Joseph completed high school at Richmond Secondary School in 2016 and is currently pursuing further education at Queen's University starting in 2024.
