Kim Hutchings

Kim Hutchings is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in special education and youth programming. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher and Teacher on Call at Surrey Schools since May 2019, Kim previously held various roles, including Education Assistant at Pender Islands Elementary School and Coordinator for Child and Youth Programs at Richmond Youth Service Agency. With a strong foundation in leadership, community engagement, and inclusive practices, Kim has successfully managed numerous programs and volunteers while fostering supportive environments for diverse learners. Educational qualifications include a Special Education Certificate from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in First Nations Studies and Political Science from The University of British Columbia, among other credentials.
