Nate Fleming

Nate Fleming is an experienced educator and coach with a focus on hockey and strength conditioning. Currently serving as a Teacher at Surrey Schools since September 2018, Nate has also held various coaching positions, including Associate Coach for UBC Thunderbirds Men's Hockey from July 2019 to July 2021 and Assistant Coach & Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at UBC Thunderbirds Men's Hockey from August 2016 to August 2017. Nate's professional background includes playing as a professional athlete with teams such as Manchester Storm and Edinburgh Capitals, and contributing as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Factory Hockey. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from The University of British Columbia, where Nate also participated as a student-athlete from September 2011 to April 2015. Additional experience includes teaching roles and marketing at Tradewind Australia and lululemon athletica.
