Surroch Infra is a philosophy-led real estate and hospitality house creating ultra-private villas, boutique stays, and resorts across Himachal Pradesh.

Rooted in silence, space, and heritage, our work redefines how Himachali landscapes are inhabited—where architecture disappears into nature, and luxury is experienced through restraint rather than scale. Each project is limited to a handful of keys, individually designed, never repeated, and crafted using vernacular construction techniques with stone, wood, clay, wool, linen, and glass.

Inspired by global standards of quiet luxury and shaped by a deep respect for terrain, view corridors, and local craftsmanship, Surroch Infra builds places that feel profoundly personal. Our spaces are not designed to be consumed, but to be felt—slowly, privately, and deeply.

Surroch Infra is not about staying somewhere.
It is about parting reluctantly.
