Ghanem has experience as a freelance translator with Gengo since April 2013 and previously served as a quality assurance manager at ArabEasy from July 2018 to June 2021, overseeing project teams. Ghanem holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Zarqa University, completed in 2014.
