Bushra K. began their work experience as a Barista at Starbucks from August 2019 to January 2021. Bushra then worked as a Brand Partnerships Co-op Student at The Peak from September 2021 to December 2021. Following that, they became a Sales Representative at Caudalie for a brief period in October 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Account Development Representative at Survalent since May 2023, and they were promoted to Team Lead, Account Development in January 2024.

Bushra K. earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Global Management & Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they studied at the Rotman Commerce, University of Toronto from 2018 to 2019, specializing in Management. Bushra completed their high school education at the International School of Choueifat Sharjah, obtaining a High School Diploma. Additionally, Bushra has obtained various certifications, including the Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp from Women in Tech Sales (WITS) in 2023, the Top 200 Program Graduate - Class of 2022 from the Top 200 Program - TRSM, the Best Initiative Award - Ryerson Data Science Association from the Ted Rogers Students' Society in 2021, and certifications in Marketing and Power of Excel from Ted Rogers Bootcamps in 2020. Bushra also holds a DELF (Diplôme d'études en langue française) - B1 certification from République française since 2014.
