Catherine Porth

Catherine Porth is an experienced Business Strategy & Insights Consultant at Porth Consulting since March 2020, specializing in behavior-enabled data capture and qualitative research to support corporate clients and non-profits. As the Founder and Executive Director of Let Their Speak since June 2017, Catherine conducts research to identify barriers faced by women in business and fosters community through storytelling and workshops. Additionally, Catherine serves as a Sr. Independent Project Consultant at Survature, focusing on data-driven strategies across diverse sectors. In previous roles, Catherine developed entrepreneurial programming as Director of Insights & Development at the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center and facilitated significant studies on women's success and barriers. With an MBA from the Haslam College of Business, Catherine has cultivated a robust skill set in strategic planning and insights development throughout a diverse career spanning multiple industries.
