Vijay Sampath has more than 25 years of experience providing forensic accounting, litigation consulting, financial statement auditing and business consulting services. He specializes in complex financial investigations involving generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) matters. He also managed Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, post-closing purchase price disputes and other litigation matters involving white collar crime, bankruptcy and contract proceedings.
