Andy Scott joined SAM in 2023. He brings 35 years of leadership experience helping organizations achieve rapid and sustainable growth through data-driven strategies. As the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Andy oversees the Applied Technology team while collaborating with the Operations and Executive Management teams to help SAM achieve the strategic goals.

Andy has significant experience driving growth for publicly traded and private equity companies, holding senior roles with organizations across various industries, including WSP Group, GE Capital, and Hydromax USA. He also has extensive international experience with proven success in commercializing digital technology.
